paint My House STINKS!

I was approached to inform my readers of an awesome contest going on. Do you have the ugliest, stinkiest room in America?

Dutch Boy® is committed to limiting the impact they have on their environment. That’s why they are proud to introduce Refresh™ paint.

Refresh™ paint is the first premium quality paint with Arm & Hammer® Odor Eliminating Technology and zero VOC. Volatile organic compounds (VOC) are vapors that are released from paint as it dries and are thought to contribute to smog and ozone.

The scientists at Dutch Boy® were able to offer this zero VOC feature without sacrificing product quality. So you are not only freshening up your walls with a premium paint, but also your home.

bathroom My House STINKS!So what’s the deal?  Dutch Boy® is running an awesome contest.  Do you have a stinky house? or room? I have a stinky room! Many of you know I have a “free house“. It’s pretty awesome for free, but still needs work especially the room that can often be the stinkiest in the house.  The master bath is COMPLETELY unfinished, very inconvenient for a 5 person home! I’ve entered for my bathroom and will be sure to send out a link as soon as it’s and ready to be voted on.

Want to enter? Dutch Boy® is looking for people with uninhabitable rooms in their homes to submit a picture to http://www.myhousestinks.com – the owner of the most annihilated-looking room wins $5,000 and 50 gallons of Refresh to help rejuvenate their living space! (2nd prize: $2,500 and 25 gallons of Refresh; 3rd prize: $1,000 and 10 gallons of Refresh.)

So, got a stinky room? Submit it! Don’t have a stinky room like I do? Vote for me! I need this!

This paint would have come in handy when I had to paint my house. The previous occupants let their cats urinate all over the place, so it smelled pretty bad. It smells ok now, though, after a lot of hard work.

I have actually used some of that stuff when I wanted to turn my basement into a home gym. It works pretty well, although at the rate I’m going, I might need another coat soon ;)

Ha! That’s awesome. Too bad I’d be ashamed to send any pictures like that in for anyone to see.

This is an interesting concept. I wonder how it will perform over time? If the odor absorbing technology lasts for a while this would be a very good addition. of course the price point would have to be reasonable as well or not many will buy it. Hope you win the competition. Got to be in it to win it.
