Thank you for your purchase. Eco-Office Gals will preform your upgrade to WordPress 3.2 on a first come – first serve basis. Fill out the form below and provide the following information:
Name, Email, Log-in URL(s) username(s) and password(s) any additional instructions.
Eco-Office Gals will perform a back up of your site, update any plug ins needed and then perform the WordPress Upgrade. You will receive an email from me when the project is complete.
The important details I have to add to cover my rear:
Eco-Office Gals is not responsible for themes not designed by me. I will upgrade the theme if needed, but any conflicts, broken design elements, theme crashes, etc will not be covered by the 1 hour minimum. If your theme incurs any cost to upgrade it will be the responsibility of the client to purchase the upgraded theme and provide the files to Eco-Office Gals.
Any themes designed by Eco-Office Gals using StudioPress should have no issues. Any themes designed by Eco-Office Gals that do incur minor issues will be repaired and included in the one hour minimum. In the rare case of major crashes or issues beyond my control we will restore the back up and discuss the best way to proceed.
