The official rules for contests, giveaways, sweeps at Eco-Office Gals:
* You have to be 18 years old and a United States Resident, unless otherwise stated.
* They are free so you don’t have to buy anything, We reserve the right to allow extra entries for purchasing from the giveaway sponsor. This will be noted in the entry details and will be verified.
* Void Where Prohibited by Law
* When you enter we need your real email address and contact information. We reserve the right to to disqualify anyone cheating, not following entry details, tampering with the entry process, using automated entries or doing anything that is just bad and not nice. Karma is wicked.
* If you want to enter you have to use the entry form and/or do what is requested in the contest announcement. Eco-Office Gals isn’t responsible for you not following instructions and will not consider incomplete entries or be held responsible for entries not received. Mistakes happen, computer viruses happen, technical glitches and difficulties arise. It sucks but if this does happen, Eco-Office Gals is sorry and will do their best to make it all better and fix the problem. No guarantees! Except sometimes we just can’t make it all better and have to cancel, postpone, modify, or terminate the contest.
* Eco-Office Gals randomly chooses its winners thru Random.Org, unless otherwise stated. If you win you will be contacted via email. Winner must provide a legal first and last name, legal address and valid working phone number. In most cases, this information is forwarded on to the prize sponsor for the mailing of your prize; this is when your information is shared with a third party. Entering the contest means you understand this and agree. Eco-Office Gals is not held liable for a third parties privacy rules. If the prize is for cash a social security number must be provided. Winners are responsible for all taxes and or fees or additional costs that many be incurred. Winners have 7 days to respond to all emails and then a new winner is drawn.
* Eco-Office Gals has the right to revoke any winnings based on failure to comply with these rules. All decisions made by Eco-Office Gals are final and binding so no whining or complaining. 🙂
* Eco-Office Gals will close contests on the correct date but is not obligated to post who the winner is.
