Fees will be payable by check, money order or credit/debit card through PayPal (PayPal is preferred payment method) . No services shall commence until after payment is made. Rates are subject to change without notice, lock in your prices!
HOURLY RATE:
The hourly rate option is for project work. Projects are one time assistance needs such as Internet research, social network setup, newsletter creation and other projects not included include in project packages below. The hourly rate is slightly higher than retainer rates. There is a one hour minimum and time is billed in fifteen minute increments thereafter.
Standard Hourly Rate $40.00/hour
RETAINER RATES & PROJECT PACKAGES:
Retainer clients contract an amount of time reserved to be spent on their administrative tasks each month. Retainer clients have a reduced rate and each following month reserved, so new clients will not infringe upon their upcoming hours. Retainer rates have a 10 hour per month minimum and are billed on the first of each month. You do have the option to upgrade your hours each month, however any unused hours expire at the end of each month and are non-refundable.

Magazine/Premium Style Blog Site
These packages are for a standard blog or blogsite. Theme design and creation ONLY. An interview and quote will be needed for larger sites.
- Basic – Magazine or Premium theme provided by you or available online for free. Customized for your branding needs with header. Two revisions and .zip file provided for you to install. – $400.00
- Silver – The Basic plus Favicon creation, assistance in FTP, set up, plug ins, RSS feed and in general having it ready for you to post-n-go. 2 revisions are included in price – $600.00
- Gold – The Silver plus up to 3 standard pages and 3 posts with your text and images set up and Search Engine Optimized. 2 revisions are included in price. – $700.00
- Platinum – All of the above plus 2 hours of training on Word Press and 1 year of hosting. $900.00
- Paid Membership WP Site - available as add on for Silver, Gold and Platinum Packages hosted with Eco-Office Gals or a host with standard CPanel Platform.
With Standard CPanel Hosting – $300.00
Non-Standard CPanel – $400.00 - Shopping Cart Set Up - 1) One time setup for cart (includes gateway testing and 5 products setup), Gateway Setup, Color Scheme and Logo Matching, Customized Opt-in Message (support in writing your message), Subscriber bulk upload (manual entry unavailable), 5 products setup, Autoresponder setup (content suggested)

RUSH FEES:
Any jobs you need completed in a “less then reasonable” amount of time or weekend projects may be subject to a $40.00 “Rush Fee”.
